Birth Doula Support
COST: $600 $50*
- A free doula consultation so you can know that I’m the right doula for you
- Two prenatal visits, either in person or over Zoom
- Unlimited support via call, text, and video between prenatal visits
- Unlimited continuous labor support
- Postpartum visit, either in your home or over Zoom
As your birth doula, I provide a range of emotional, physical, and informational support. Emotional support can include a compassionate, nonjudgmental listening and encouragement during labor. Physical support can include creative positioning in labor, reaffirming touch, and comfort measures such as aromatherapy and acupressure. Informational support can include help with creating a custom birth plan, information about pregnancy & labor, and providing evidence-based research at your request.
*while I am completing births on a volunteer basis for my doula certification, I am charging only a stipend of $50 to offset the cost of transportation and materials. This does not reflect a standard doula fee.
